By engaging Stride for production services or utilizing our digital templates, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Studio Services

  • 1.1. Scope: Stride provides VFX, motion design, virtual production, and principal photography services. The specific scope is defined by individual Project Orders.

  • 1.2. Delivery: Digital assets are considered "delivered" upon the provision of a secure download link or physical drive.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • 2.1. Studio IP: All proprietary procedural shaders, custom-coded motion systems, and pre-visualization tools remains the exclusive property of Stride.

  • 2.2. Client IP: Upon final payment, the client retains full ownership of the final rendered footage and theatrical master for the specified distribution territory.

  • 2.3. Credit: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Stride reserves the right to be credited in film "roll credits" and to use snippets of the work for studio showreels.

3. Payment & Retainers

  • 3.1. Retainers: Monthly "Post Retainer" plans are billed in advance and cover a set number of production hours or shots.

  • 3.2. Cancellations: Production sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a "Kill Fee" representing 50% of the daily rate.

4. Liability & Warranty

  • 4.1. Technical Limitation: While we use theatrical-grade hardware, Stride is not liable for data loss occurring on client-side storage or third-party distribution platforms.

  • 4.2. Force Majeure: Studio timelines may be adjusted in the event of hardware failure, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Confidentiality (NDA) Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding unreleased scripts, casting details, and technical pipelines. Breaches of confidentiality are subject to the maximum legal penalties under UK law.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
